The Global Billion Dollar wanted to create an employment engagement platform to help unify their 70,000 globally distributed employees through a platform that combined pinterest with instagram and gamified user tracking and rewards based on how often employees engaged with each other via photos and comments they shared with each other via the platform.
This platform was setup on an intranet so that only employees could access it. Many security protocols and user enriched language translation combined with google translate also powered the platform so that people could communicate in their native language without worrying about in accurate translations via google translate's API.
This project took 2 years to build then we managed the platform for 1 year after launch. The time included concept, planning, wire-framing, design, development, security enhancement, special featured development, and ongoing tech support.
